  • What services do you offer?
    We offer both private parties and events at our venue in Bellevue, WA or where our staff comes to your home or other venue throughout the greater Seattle area. Our specialties include paint parties, paint and sip, character visits, princess parties, birthday parties, and more!
  • How large are your classes/events?
    Our typical public painting classes have up to 25 spaces available. If you have a group wishing to attend together, please try to register as far in advance as possible as classes do fill up quickly. Our public princess events vary in size based on the event. Events held at our Bellevue venue range from 10-40 people in size. Events held offsite may vary based on location. For all private parties we can accommodate up to 30 attendees including both adults and children.
  • Do I have to paint the featured painting?
    You can paint whatever you would like! Please keep in mind instruction will be limited to the featured painting. If you would like to paint from your own inspiration, you can also visit us during the day during our Open Painting Hours. During open paint we have options ranging from $10-$30 and you get access to all of our supplies! We will be available to help and answer questions, however there is not step by step instruction. Please call or email for availability.
  • Can I bring my own wine or beer?
    A selection of wine and beer are available for purchase during adult events or select private parties depending on the party host's preferences. If you would like to bring your own wine we have a corkage fee of $20. During adult paint and sip parties your first beverage is included in your ticket and additional drinks are available for purchase throughout the event.
  • How do I reserve using a voucher or gift certificate?
    For vouchers or gift certificates, booking information and directions can be found on the voucher/certificate. If you have any issues with booking, please feel free to contact us for assistance. We are currently updating our gift certificate system. To purchase a gift certificate, please visit the shop tab of our website or email us at info@paintedpalaceparties.com and we can help with setting up your gift certificate.
  • What if I'm attending a paint & sip and are under 21 or don't drink alcohol?
    During our painting classes we offer an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages for guests under 21. You must be 21 or older with valid ID to purchase or receive alcohol. Our paint and sip sessions are designed for painters over the age of 16 and children are welcome at family paint sessions only. During our princess parties and events, we do not typically serve alcohol unless otherwise noted or as requested by the party host for a private party. During events where alcohol is available we will only serve it to guests over 21 and will check all IDs. Non alcoholic beverages will also be available.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    For public classes and events we require 48 hours notice to reschedule your reservations. No refunds, all sales final. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a $10 rescheduling fee and will not qualify for refunds. No call/no shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. For private parties and events our parties and events our deposits and retainers are non refundable. In the event that you need to change your party date or time, we will accept reschedules on a case by case basis with advance notice via email only.
  • What should I wear?
    For painting parties, we do provide aprons, however, you shouldn't wear anything that you couldn't live with getting a little paint on. Acrylic paints will not wash out of fabrics once they have dried. For character and princess parties most little ones choose to wear their favorite prince or princess costume or fun outfit! Adults are welcome to wear any level of dress, however, we ask that adults not come in full costumes to avoid any confusion for the kids. We also have a selection of princess dresses, tiaras, and other fun accessories for purchase in the retail section of our venue!
  • Where are you located?
    We have recently moved! Our new venue is located at 1813 130th Ave NE #210 Bellevue, WA 98005
  • How do I book?
    To reserve a space in one of our public events, visit our events calendar. If you are hoping to book a private event please email us at info@paintedpalaceparties.com with the type of event you are interested in as well as any details you have regarding the event. We accept bookings up to 6 months in advance and recommend submitting your booking or event request as early as possible since our calendar tends to book up quickly.
