Open Call Auditions!

Have you ever dreamt of being character performer and spreading wonder and magic to little ones?

Do you love to paint and want to share your joy and knowledge with others?

Now is your chance to audition to be a part of The Painted Palace team!

Our open call auditions will be held at our venue in Bellevue, Washington on October 22nd at 4:00pm! 

Please be prepared to answer group interview questions, learn a short movement combination, and to be able to speak in front of the group. Singers are encouraged to perform up to 1 minute of a song of their choosing and artists are encouraged to bring a portfolio of work or photos of any recent art. Please bring a work and/or performance resume with you or email it to us at info@paintedpalaceparties.com prior to auditions.

Job Requirements Include:

~ Weekend availability for at least 2 shifts per month

~ Have reliable transportation to Bellevue, WA

~ Be comfortable with public speaking

~ Have great customer service skills

~ Be 18 or older and eligible to work in the United States

Our pay rates start at $19/hour plus tips, depending on experience and include paid training, travel time, prep time, etc. All necessary costumes, wigs, and art supplies are provided by The Painted Palace, however, on occasion, we may approve outside costumes/wigs/supplies on a case by case basis.

A short list of candidates may be invited to return or stay for a costume fitting and we will email anyone who we will be offering a position to within 3 business days of auditions. If you have any questions, please bring them to auditions and we would be to answer them there.  We have auditions scheduled for 45 minutes but may run shorter depending on the size of the group present. 

Open call auditions are open to those auditioning only, spectators, pets (aside from service animals), and additional guests are not allowed unless necessary for accessibility reasons.
